Happy Easter!

This is a sweet, simple little Easter cake I made for one of my favorite clients. I love the Spring flowers!

 

Birch Bark Anniversary Cake

Though this cake looks just like a fondant one, it is made entirely from buttercream. The slits in the birch bark are hand painted with buttercream, and the top of the cake is airbrushed. The flowers and mushrooms are made from modeling chocolate. What a cute idea for an anniversary cake. I hope the client enjoys it!
