Toffee Crunch Cupcakes
Chocolate toffee crunch cupcakes made for a birthday surprise tomorrow...a rich, chocolate cupcake with a ring of chocolate ganache and toffee bits, topped with caramel swiss meringue buttercream and a caramel drizzle. I sent my husband a picture of these cupcakes in progress today, and he said a guy he works with tried to lick his phone. That's the kind of reaction I like! LOL!

Katy is by far the BEST baker in the Austin area! These were the best cupcakes I have ever tasted, the cupcakes where moist and the frosting was excellent!
